Write the service or item, not only the store name.

Which rental used it?

Choose one property or mark it as a shared business cost.

Was any part personal?

Keep the business and personal portions visible instead of guessing later.

Did it repair or improve something?

Keep large, long-lived purchases separate for professional review.

This is an organizing checklist, not a deduction list. Whether an amount is deductible, capitalized, allocated, or reported on Schedule C or Schedule E depends on the facts of your rental. Confirm the final treatment with a qualified tax professional.
